Who are your team members?
We have a variety of groups:
- Neos Team - The group behind building Neos and its platform.
- In Discord, you can recognize them by their gold name color and Neos logo next to their name.
- Moderators - This group are here to keep you safe, they're volunteers who ensure our community are following the Neos Guidelines.
- In Discord, you can recognize them by their blue name color and silver Neos logo next to their name.
- These users are NOT support.
- Mentors - This group are volunteers, here to welcome you to Neos and guide/teach you about the basics.
- In Discord, you can recognize them by their green name color and green Neos logo next to their name.
- These users are NOT support.
