The Compose Bits Byte node takes a series of boolean values, interprets the boolean values as bits, and converts the bits to a byte.
Usage
This node takes 8 boolean values as input, and outputs a byte. If an input is true
, its value is 1
. Otherwise, its value is 0
. The least significant bit is at the top, and the most significant bit is at the bottom.
Examples
The following example showcases the binary number 11010010
being converted to the byte with value 210
.
