For Neos, ensuring everyone has a great and safe time is very important. Every user should ensure that they are reading, understanding and abiding by Neos' Guidelines. When disputes or issues arise, the first course of action should be to practice self moderation and resolutions.

As a session owner you can:

• Kick a User
• Ban a User from the Current Session
• Ban a User from all of your current and future sessions
• Mute Users for just you
• Silence a User for the entire Session

When more support is needed or the problem is escalating to the wider Neos community, you should contact Neos' Moderator Team with your issue.
