네오스 중재팀은 게임내 충돌이나 갈등이 발생하게 되면, 세션호스트 또는 관련자와 문제해결을 우선적으로 하기를 권장드립니다. 다른 사용자들과도 이야기하여 의견을 조율하세요. 사용자가 직접적으로 문제를 해결할 수 있는 자가 중재 처리기능도 있습니다.

하지만, 이런 기능들만 가지고는 이해관계가 충돌하는 것을 막을 수 없거나, 그 범위가 큰 경우가 있습니다. 이런 상황이 발생하면 중재처리원의 지원을 받아 보세요.

연령제한

13세 미만의 계정가입 또는 사용은 심각한 지침위반 입니다.
1. 단, 부모의 동의와 감독이 있다는 조건이라면 사용이 허용됩니다.

게임의 모딩

Neos 프로그램에 대한 모딩/역공학은 네오스 최종 사용자 사용권 계약에 어긋납니다.

괴롭힘(따돌림, 방해 등)

Harassment can be any persistent uninvited contact that is creating alarm, annoyance, or severe emotional distress or duress:
1. The following are examples of harassment:
  1. Setting off fireworks in another user’s face after they have requested you to stop
  2. Messaging users repeatedly when they ask you to stop, or they cease responding to you
  3. Aggressively interacting or assaulting users due to your differences or disagreements
  4. Repeated and unwelcome social invitations for dates or intimacy
  5. Repeated and unwelcome interactions with another user or their avatar, such as petting, hugging, climbing onto, or other interactions the user requested to stop.
2. The following are examples of acceptable behaviour dependent upon the social context and participants' consent:
  1. Respawn users as part of a game mode everyone joined in willingly
  2. Use/spawn in loud or disruptive gadgets after asking users if one can
Sexual harassment is unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature which makes a person feel violated, humiliated and/or intimidated. Examples of conduct or behavior which constitute sexual harassment include, but are not limited to:
1. Unwelcome sexual contact including stroking, kissing, fondling, or inappropriate touching
2. Violence that is sexual in nature
3. The use of threats or rewards to solicit sexual favors
4. Sexual comments, gestures, or advances
5. Sending unsolicited sexually explicit messages
6. Consenting users are welcome to have adult interactions in private worlds, but it is essential to be certain all others in the world are comfortable with your behavior before it begins.
Impersonating other users, groups or Neos Team members with malicious intent outside of clearly recognizable parody and/or comedy
Distributing personal identifying information, or “Doxxing” users with details such as:
1. Real names
2. Photographs
3. Phone numbers
4. Addresses

The following text below outlines what constitutes Uploaded Content is to a User and what guidelines you should follow.

Assets or files uploaded by means of importing or streamed into Neos are considered “Uploaded Content”
Users are responsible for what content is uploaded, or misuse that can occur on Neos
Misuse can be considered as:
1. Sharing assets with license agreements from storefronts or services, that you are not legally allowed to
2. Publicly sharing paid assets with the intent for them to be distributed
3. Taking others IP and passing it as your own
4. Using assets obtained in the process of “ripping” from games, software etc. or from sites that host content obtained in such a way
5. Using, saving, or exporting assets produced by other users on Neos without their knowledge or consent.
If we are notified of misuse by a license holder then you will be notified and the content may be taken down.
In general, for proper usage or ease of access on the platform, it is better to:
1. Use assets with more lenient licenses such as CC0 or CC attribution which allow for general use and follow the rules of accreditation contained within them
2. Keep questionable assets intended for research or personal use within personal projects private
3. Use mediation in these situations, informing the users who are unaware of their improper asset usage is key

본 항목은 잔인한 컨텐츠의 정의와 네오스에서 금지되는 내용에 대한 정책을 다룹니다.

잔인한 컨텐츠이라 함은 극단적인 폭력, 자해, 치명상, 유혈등을 묘사하는 미디어를 말합니다.
이러한 미디어는 공개된 세션이나 방송 그리고 네오스 브랜드를 암시하는 소셜 미디어등 어떠한 방식으로든 문제가 되는 컨텐츠와 플랫폼이 연관되는 것을 허용되지 않습니다.
금지된 컨텐츠의 사용예:
1. 호스트의 동의 없이, 세션에서 치명상 장면이 들어간 영상을 재생하는 행위
2. 기괴한 절단 행위, 사망사고/장면 같은 극도의 심적 충격을 주는 컨텐츠를 표시하는 행위

성인물

Adult Content such as:
1. Pornography, Nudity, Depiction of sexual acts, or Fetish Play are not allowed in:
  1. Public sessions that are Anyone, Contacts, Contacts+ and not Hidden from session lists.
  2. Public media such as livestreams, videos, pictures, etc.
  3. Social media posts or comments alluding to Neos Brand
As such, a user should be aware of the following:
1. That they are not allowed to use assets containing or related to Adult Content in a public session.
2. That they are to:
  1. As a Session Host, check that users are 18+ and consenting to such content
  2. Host adult Content only in Invite or Hidden Sessions where a user cannot publicly see what’s going on within the world preview
  3. As a Session Host, Adult sessions that are accessible through Contacts/Contacts+ must be using a registered headless account, and users who are friends to the account must be vetted properly by the operator
Adult Content made in Neos may only be distributed to sites intended to host said content for consumption.
1. Sites that are in the public eye (Twitter, TikTok, Facebook etc) are heavily discouraged, and based on the content takedown requests may be made. Adult content must be kept private or placed on sites that are clearly marked for adult content
Advertising Adult Content is allowed as long as it does not present itself as affiliated with Neos or negatively impact Neos’ image as a public space.
1. Some examples allowed within the guidelines:
  1. If releasing Adult Content on Patreon, ensure the account is listed for adults only
  2. Letting people know that a users Discord has new content to consume
  3. Using public Twitter posts to redirect to such channels, with comments set to mention only
2. Some examples not allowed within the guidelines:
3. Posting adult content made in Neos to a user’s Facebook account, or anywhere minors may have access
4. Using adult assets within a public session not suitable for a public experience to advertise user works

User Data Tracking

The use of any on-platform system to track users in Neos is only allowed with the knowledge and consent of all users being tracked directly or indirectly. Examples for this may include,
1. Using WebSockets or HTTP Requests to track user top scores within an on-platform game
2. Logix systems/cloud variables which track users
3. Tracking pixels on items, tools, or avatars

Users must be explicitly informed when they are tracked and the purpose of the tracking through on-platform request dialogues or have the information readily available when the user makes use of the item, avatar, world, or experience.
