キャッシュをクリアする理由はさまざまです:

ドライブのスペースを節約するため - どうぞ行ってください。
問題を解決するため - まずその他のトラブルシューティングの手順を試したかどうか確認してください。

もし、この作業が必要であることが確認できたら:

Windowsキーと Rキーを押す。
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp\Solirax\NeosVRを入力かコピーする。
EnterキーまたはOkボタンを押す。
"Cache"フォルダを選択します。
Shiftキーを押しながら Deleteキーを押す。キャッシュが非常に大きく、一時ファイルから構成されているため、ごみ箱をスキップして削除できます。

Regularly doing this?

You should ideally, NOT be doing this regularly. If it's to save drive space then you may want to consider relocating your Neos folders. However if its to resolve another issue that regularly occurs, please ask in the discord or open a bug on our issue tracker.
