Planned improvements

I'm going to line up what I plan to do to clean up this page and make it more useful, for the sake of convenience and potential collaboration.

1. add images for as many controller layouts as we can find/figure out, assigning/describing the following basic command inputs on each: locomotion, menu, controller menu, primary action, secondary action, grip
2. update old gesture descriptions to match these new inputs for consistency. some gestures will require a separate section for the vive wand and windowsMR controller
3. add the new gestures that do not require placing the controllers next to your head
