Release Notes: 0.8.0.35037

Hey guys, I'm proud to announce that Neos has now reached major version 0.8! :D

- I've pushed a build 0.8.0.35037 on Steam as it's now set as the new major release version (for any people on that branch)

- I've updated both the Neos VR for Oculus Go and Neos Classroom, they're on the same version now both through the Oculus Store (for beta testers) and the APK's on the android-preview Steam branch

This has been an incredible update and thank you all for your help with this, reporting bugs, providing feedback and building cool things with all the features! I'll prepare a proper announcement a summary of all the changes as well as video.
