Pushing small update with some tweaks and fixes 0.7.16.2447

Tweaks:

- Added NCR (:ncr_preliminary:) / KFC (:kfc_icon:) icons to the notifications

- Currencies now show at least two decimal digits and use thousands separators (depending on the system locale) (thanks to @MR-Alex for suggesting this)

- Tweaked the behavior of the Slider component to behave more sensibly when the object's origin is far away (thanks to Bom "Bitman" bomb for pointing it out)

- Tweaked IK initialization so it doesn't need thumbs on the model, but this might incorrectly twist the arm by default, requiring you to change the axis manually

Bugfixes:

- Fixed inventory not getting updated after you login if it was hidden at the time

- Fixed Oculus Touch offset for the tutorial overlay (thanks to @Business Lawyer for pointing it out)

- Fixed component attach dialog not obeying user scale

- Some tweaks to help prevent lingering worlds when the connection doesn't get established
