- TouchEventRelay now supports relaying events to other touchables (can add them to the list and they will all receive touch events)

- Added HoverIndicator to TouchValueOption

- Admin actions for worlds (e.g. featuring) only show when the world browser is in private userspace (blue panel)

- Fixed brushes resetting color when equipped

- Fixed "Open World" and "Get World Orb" not working properly for users other than host
