Pushing out a quick fix for some issues

- Tweaks to the physics system locomotion to prevent corrupting of simulation values and crashing the world

- Old saved worlds (prior to the new locomotion system) aren't setup with physical one by default (this causes the user to fall through the floor)

- ChracterColliderSetter Tooltip will no longer mark itself or any user as character collidable

- Tweaked default settings for the Zero-G configuration of the Physical Locomotion Module
