Neotoshop is a paing tool something like "Photoshop". It is very usufull to draw a picture for perticle system.
Select the pen and the brush to start to draw.
You can change the thickness of the pen by rotating the dial.
The grabable and export buttons are at the top left.
Your art work will appear on the top of Neotoshop.
If you look at the back of Noetoshop, you can confirm the layer of your drawing.
